& POWER
HP Strength and Power are the foundations of endurance, agility, speed, and ultimately player performance.
This clinic utilizes light barbells, bungees, sleds, dumbbells, kettlebells, and simple bodyweight exercises designed to improve performance specific to the soccer player. A stronger athlete will have more powerful movements, including ball striking, quicker changes of direction, and explosive speed.
The HP Strength & Power program is specifically designed for the elite-level soccer player committed to improvement in the off-season.
