HP SPEED

The HP Speed training program will focus on teaching and developing the foundations of Simple Speed, Agility and Balance, combined with Proactive actions to the ball.

Simple Speed - Establish the fundamental mechanics of sprinting, including developing a fast first step with an explosive burst and developing power in acceleration to achieve top linear speed.

Agility and Balance - Develop agility and balance to achieve quick, swift movements with and without the ball.

Proactive Actions - Instill proactive thinking to develop fast, instinctive movements to beat opponents and be first to the ball.
