1v1 ATTACKING/DEFENDING & BALL STRIKING

The 1v1 Attacking/Defending & Ball Striking curriculum focuses on developing confident players in 1v1 situations. Players are encouraged to be creative and confident in 1v1 Attacking while being Strong and Tenacious in 1v1 Defending. All activities have a ball striking component to goal.

We want players to be aggressive in attacking and defending in 1v1 situations.
